As with all e-commerce products, please note that the products are shot under studio lights and may look different in different lighting conditions.
Returns and Cancellations
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
- Requests for cancellations can be accepted only before the product is shipped. We shall send you a mail or message to the contact number once your ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, we will not be able to accept a cancellation request.
- In the event of your cancellation request being accepted, we shall refund the MONEY paid towards the canceled order within fifteen working days of cancellation of order. All refunds would be through a NEFT transfer/Cheque deposit in your Bank Account and no Cash payments will be made in lieu of the same.
- After the goods are shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
You can, however, return the product and request an exchange in the following two scenarios:
a. Genuine weaving defect or damage
b. Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, size.
The procedure is as follows:
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours from the date of receiving your shipment. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the details of the return.
Once your returns request is validated over phone, we will send you an email authorising a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment.
After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product.
- We do not offer replacements on discounted products.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices delivered to you.
Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is three months from the date of issue).
